Hey there. My name is Patrick, and I teach piano lessons where I drive to you. These are perfect for busy families doing lots of activities. In my lessons we cover the basics of piano – reading notes, scales, chords, counting etc. Students choose which songs they learn – we do songs they know and like.
I understand that most of my students are busy with lots of great extra curricular activities. I set things up to work with this reality. I have practice assignments that are as efficient as possible. Most of my students practice 3 – 4 days a week for 10 – 15 minutes and still get good at piano.
I bring materials to class for the students so they don’t have to spend time during the week dealing with that. I bring a printer and print songs, I bring the binders and sheet protectors you need, I bring pencils etc. I take care of these things because it’s easier if I do, it ensures they get done, and it’s better for the families.
